Eight things you need to know
about Francine
(+ some you don’t 😉)

1. Why should you trust me?
I was a coach for seven years before I left corporate and took my coaching business full-time. I was scared shitless that if I took the leap, I’d struggle to pay my bills — where would I get clients? How would I make it all work? I let all of the what-ifs keep me stuck.
Then, I was laid off when COVID hit. Even though I knew I was meant to be coaching, I continued to search for corporate jobs. Every time I had an interview, everything in my body screamed NO, but my brain kept telling me I had to find a job because I needed the money. It was scary as hell, but I faced my fears instead of giving in to them. I leaned into trusting and surrendering and made my Big-Ass Uplevel. Now, I’m living out my calling as a Spiritual Mindset Coach.
I’ve been exactly where you are now. I know how much you crave change, and I understand how scary it can be to release control — there is freedom on the other side. I can see your pain and want to help you move through it — there is freedom on the other side.
I don’t expect anything from my clients that I’m not willing to do or haven’t already done. I’ll help you face your fears and break them down until you recognize that there is no truth to them and they hold no power over you. You’ve got this, and I’ve got your back the entire way.

2. What makes me different from all the other coaches?
What you see is what you get! I share (sometimes too much 😅) my experiences, so you know you're not alone. I don’t just share my successes — I share the ugly shit too. I’m real, honest, and raw in sharing my struggles to inspire and show you there’s hope.

3. What’s my style or role when working with clients?
As a coach, healer, guide, and teacher, I’m here to support you 100%. I'll also kick your ass when you need it because I’ve been there and know what it takes to get what you want. I cut to the heart of the matter with a practical, no-bullshit approach that’s easy to hear because it comes from a genuine place of caring. Don’t worry, I’m not a monster. 😅 My enthusiasm, positive perspective, and humor bring lightness and energy to our time together. We’ll have fun and get shit done.

4. What do I wish I knew when I was making my Big-Ass Uplevel?

If you want to experience all the big, beautiful possibilities out there, you have to learn to feel the fear and do it anyway. The key is trusting that wherever you are, it’s exactly where you're meant to be.
You have been and always will be ok. You’re supported in everything you do. What if the Universe has a plan bigger and greater for you than you can imagine? Are you ready to let go of the fear and control to see what is possible?

5. What’s my Big-Ass Mission in life?
My mission is to guide women to feel safe without needing to be in control, embrace the uncomfortable, and confidently tune into their intuition rather than rely on their brain.
It doesn’t all have to be so serious! You can achieve Your Big-Ass Uplevel, even if it feels daunting. I want you to trust and surrender, knowing that you are exactly where you're meant to be and that everything will be okay, even when shit feels impossible.
My biggest wish is to see you get out of your head and out of your own way, so you can take that scary Big-Ass Leap and experience the big, beautiful life waiting on the other side.
6. What are some things I’ve done that scared the shit out of me — and what drove me to do them!?
✅ Skydived
✅ Parasailed
✅ Ziplined
I walk my talk. Hell-bent on overcoming my fears, I chose adventures that terrified me! I refused to let my fears hold me back. I leaned into my trust that I’d be ok on the other side of it — and I was right! Whether it’s a Big-Ass Uplevel or jumping out of a plane, you can learn to trust in the Universe. When you do, you realize that you’ll be ok and can do anything.
7. What’s my guilty pop culture pleasure?
I watch trash reality 🫣 (don’t judge): Teen Mom, Love is Blind, Married at First Sight. I love watching how humans interact with each other. Usually, I end up coaching them in my head or yelling at the TV and don't understand why they can't hear me!
8. What do my clients love about working with me?
Clients love working with me because they feel my joy and dedication in helping them. I’m relatable and share my true self, so they feel comfortable, heard, and seen. They appreciate my positivity, respect, and insight, and they can count on me being understanding, compassionate, and direct.
But what they love most is my fun, wise-ass approach as I guide them through their transitions! They get to see their biggest goals and dreams become their daily reality — and also have some fun along the way.
Straight talk 💞
"In any given moment we have two options: to step forward into growth or to step back into safety.”
Abraham Maslow, Psychologist and Creator of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs
You don't have to do this alone, I'm here to go on this journey with you. I know it might feel hard, and it's not going to be easy. AND if you don't do it now, you'll be back here next year checking out my website again. 😉
I’m here to support you as much as you need, but I can’t want this more than you do. You’re the one doing the work and sometimes it’s really going to suck.
Don’t ever give up! You are worth it!
Please know that even when it’s hard and feels heavy, there is light on the other side. You will survive and you will be ok! You are worth it!!!
