Francine inspires other to fearlessly face and transcend any obstacle in their life. She pushes boundaries with her clients to help them to let go of what is holding them back from living the life of their dreams. She works with women to turn their fears, resistance and obstacles into confidence, commitment and success and to live more consciously. She helps clients remove the negative self-talk that hold them back from success.

 

She has worked in Operations and Call Center management for over 20 years. She loves working with new leaders as they transition into their new role. She believes that when leaders in an organization are successful the entire organization thrives.

She is a Reiki Master and 4-Dimensional Energy Healer. She uses a unique blend of coaching and healing to  move her clients forward by removing energy blocks that hold them back. She believes that when you change your energy, you change your life. Clients to set business and personal goals and their lives change. Francine believes that having a work/life balance is critical to success.

 

She believes that to have a better life, you need to take action and maintain a positive level of energy to achieve your goals. She works with her clients to help them set and achieve realistic goals. She is supportive but also tough when necessary. Her goal is to ensure her client’s success. 

 

She often refers to herself as “A control freak in recovery”. Francine believes there is a universal plan and that when she releases control she is open to so many more opportunities. When she faces a challenge she asks,  “What is this here to teach me?”  She teaches her clients to be able to look at the gift that is being presented instead of the challenge.

In 1995, Francine lost over 100 pounds WITHOUT being on a diet. She believes that if you can learn to feed your soul, you no longer look to feed your belly. She teaches her clients that by getting to the root of what they are trying to fill, they will no longer look to food for support. 

​

She lives in Massachusetts with her husband Bill who she has been married to since 2001. She refers to him as her best friend and playmate. They like to travel, spend time with friends and both have an interest in Energy Healing work.
