Energy Medicine is a form of energetic bodywork that works on healing the body, mind and spirit. It balances and heals a person's energy. It is great for stress reduction and relaxation.
Energy flows through your body and if your energy is blocked, it can affect your physical and emotional health.
If your energy is low, then you are more likely to get ill or feel stress. If your energy is high, you are more likely to feel strong and in balance.
Energy Medicine helps move energy blocks to release what is causing dis-ease in your energy system.

How is an Energy Healing Session Performed?
Energy Healing can be done either in-person or remotely. The practitioner and the client will discuss the client's concerns or needs and the practitioner will choose the proper healing for that session.
During an in-person session the client will lie on a table and the practitioner will use light touch with their hands to guide the energy.
A remote session can be done via phone or Skype. The client choose a comfortable location to sit or lie down to receive the healing.
The practitioner will act as a channel for the healing energy to flow to the client.
